Technically, it was for dinner. Hehe.. So I double boiled the turkey bone again for dinner. After I manage to sneak in an hour of napping time right after class ended. Thank goodness for that! I needed it desperately.
Added some extra veggies to liven the soup up, then threw in my turkey meat. My gosh, they were a LOT. I was filled to the brim by the time I was through with it! Had to rest for an hour then I had some space to have my fruits.
Didn't manage to fit all the soup stuff in one bowl, so the remaining broth ingredients I had it as my side dish, with the kimchi instead. Not bad, but this portion is well enough to feed 2. I was STUFFED.
