After the day's labour of love *my bread puddings* :D I decided to have some good old-fashioned veggie porridge just like home used to make. Carrots, and small baby corns. Of course, protein source, anchovies! :) Wonderfully simple but oh-so-contenting. And as for my side, I simply blanched these extra veggies and made a spicy sauce out of my Korean chilli powder, vinegar, salt and pepper. Ta-daaa I have myself some spicy veggies to compliment the mild porridge I'm having. :)
