A Nice Japanese Twist

Today, I shall give the kimchi stew a rest and let Miso take charge today. Chopped in some mushrooms, carrots, onions and seaweed. Before I knew it, my bowl was filled to the brim and I don't think I have the capacity to add noodles to top it off. So, I had it with steamed egg tofu *been AGES since I made this* and had it with kimchi *yes, kimchi...* My steamed egg turned as silky as egg tofu, I just had to call it TOFU. Homemade one of course ;) With all the nutrients and goodness at its core. 
After a long day's walk exploring St Peter's college, I can finally sit and rest with a nice hot meal. As the japanese would say "Itadakimas!"
