Porridge, The Natural Remedy

Phasing back to the normality of my daily routine, here's my remedy for sore throat. Porridge with anchovies and fish. Very rich in omega-3 fats and highly nutritious :) And for my side, I tried to imitate the 3 coloured side dish style like the Koreans. But I have to presentation-wise I suck balls. Taste-wise, it was good :)
