Soto Ayam with My Special Twist and Baked Eggs

Following my trend of "less-spicy-food-because-i'm-sick" I thought I make some baked eggs with my broccoli and some ham since I needed to use them up. I didn't top it with cheese, though I wanted to. But I thought it might've been a little too heavy for me to take with the large portion I had in my bowl next to this. A big bowl of turkey bone soup, cooked like "soto ayam" style. With all the aromatic herbs thrown in like cinnamon, cloves, star anise and garlic, ginger, onions, carrots,potatoes. It was a good hearty bone soup. That was one mega huge bone~ yummy :D
