I've been missing Beef Stew aka Ngau Chap from back home. So, now I made
my version with the beef steaks I bought just yesterday. Finally sunk
my teeth in some good quality beef and tendons. Uhmmmmm~~~~~ Life is
good with food x)
Though it would have had more impact if I had boiled the soup with the spices for at least 2 hours. Did it on the spot n had it in about an hour of cooking. Not enough time for the spices to unleash its full potent effects obviously. But either way, I got my beef. xD That's the most crucial point.
Had it with some Kuey Teow in Soysauce again but this time with Beef thrown in and brussles. Scrumptious..And at the side my beef stew xD
