Just look at that lush Red Bean Barley and Sweet Potato dessert soup. But I made it as my main dish lunch today *4litres of that* Definitely filled me up for the rest of the day. It's so reminscent of my favourite sweet asian dessert shop back in KL Snowflake. Only I'm missing the taroballs and the large metal chinese spoon.
Other than that, it's almost the real deal!
And for dinner, battled it out to make a tom yam with korean red chilli paste infused stew with black fungus and potatoes. Had some brussles at the side, just to make it look more complete and that I'm eating well and right. It was a good spicy dish to warm me up in this 0 degree weather.
