After gym, I had lunch with my friend since she was eager to try my
homemade kimchi. And, it's my first time having to cook for a friend in
my flat. So, I just thought why not? Sure..Plus, we're both similar
counter-parts when it comes to being a nutrition freak. xD basically
mirror images of each other. So here was the lunch I whipped up for us
both.
And for dinner, I made a mild green curry the left-over potatoes I had sitting in my fridge for weeks. It was strong enough to send the green colour of emanating from my bowl of starchy goodness. But all in all a good main dish. As my side, I baked my usual tomato and leek egg bake again. Uhm~ it was delish...
