Another Take on Ratatouille

Came back from Sunday mass, sunny day~ Happy days :) Bought short puff pastry and whipping cream for the first time. I'm SO going to attempt a Millfeuille this coming week if not, then next week. I'm bitten by the oven bug again <3 And I had some baked cucumbers seasoned with salt and pepper over toast and cheese. :P Yummm~

And as for dinner~ As depicted from my new cookbook, I tried baking the zuchinni as a while with criss-cross patterns and LOOK AT THAT BEAUTY~ *tears of joy* A liven-up ratatouille if you ask me. Hehe..And I had sweet potato roll with ham, though that was a disappointing :( I should have done it in advance and let it set and harden in the fridge before cutting. Ah well~ Can't have them all worked out well.
