Today's theme is GREEEEEEEEN. Not that it was on purpose, but just so happens I felt like using my green curry paste and most of my veggies today are green (Duh..Like all majority veggies) I feel a bit adventurous today so, I baked my zucchinis, an attempt to make like the Korean zucchini muchim :) I'm happy to say that it's worked and indeed..Tasty! :)
