Kimchi Makes It All Better



Just two days away from my exams, and I'm feeling the boulder on my shoulders increasingly heavy. But still it will not waver my passion for good dinner. Made a nice hot kinchi stew with my left over kimchi and seaweed as well. Noticed it was full to the brim, so I didn't add any meehoon into it. It was a LOT.Instead, I thought I make it like an egg drop soup. Added an egg for protein~ See Dad? protein? *omnomnom*
So, this can be classified as another one of my express under 30 minutes stews. Healthy and quick to make!
