Experimenting with Food

What's the easiest method of cooking, healthy and still elegant. BAKE! I had an aubergine lying in my fridge, and I have been thinking of ways to make of it other than my usual boring stewed style . I was thinking of making like a sushi roll using the thin strips of aubergines to wrap around the green beans. But I guess I still need to work on the sealing part. Perhaps using ham might help xD Anyway it turned out majestically pretty and still very much edible. So, I have no complains :)








 And here I have my sweet potato porridge. Made with the last remains of my rice. I can now use a new pack of rice. Finally...xD Topped it with seaweed. Yum and naturally sweet like pumpkin! :)
