Bring in the MINCE.

Enough with the fish, and in with the MEAT. Turkey mince to be exact.As my main, thought I'd give myself a spicy treat with some korean red chilli pepper paste in my meehoon and some cabbages tossed in. After those soups, I need some solids in my system now. STAT.
And for my side, I made some turkey rolls using cabbage leaves instead of my usual seaweed rolls. It was good, but could've been better if I had not been lazy to blanch the cabbage before wrapping them in the mince. Anyway, the mince came through and had some extra bit left so I rolled some into flat rounds like nuggets :) Pretty amazing..Such wonders marinated meat and celery can do :)
