More Fish Please! :)

Continuing with my string of fish soups, I have 3 beetroots sitting in my fridge drawers waiting for the right time to spread some joy in my dinner. So, I used two to make some wholesome beetroot soup with the time I had in my hands. 
And for my side, I cook up black fungus with an egg in white wine. Nothing hugely fancy, but it was a good first attempt :)
