I was afraid my beetroots were going to rot in my fridge because I'm not showing enough attention to those poor lush little veggies. So, I been wanting to try my beetroot porridge again. This time I used half white rice and half brown rice grains. Turned out yummy..of course~ And my side dish, I made some "yong taufu" style mince with my brinjals. Hehe..It could have been yummier if I had made it curries or tom yam..Will save that thought for another day's attempt :)
