Egg Drop Noodle Soup

Had a bright idea today for dinner. I was thinking of making some egg drop noodle soup. But, I think I added too much cornstarch in the process, and the with the egg, the soup thickened even more *not that it's a bad thing at all* 
In fact, I managed to recreate our simple chinese noodle dish that I grew up having. Fried Wet Noodles! also known as Wa Tan Hor. 
Hmm Yummssss~ and for my side, I simply blanched some of my cabbage and tossed with some chili sauce with vinegar. Yummay~
