Second round of rice cakes again today, to finish up the last remaining
of rice cakes left in the packet. This time I cooked them in red pepper
paste, and definitely sweeter with a fiery aftertaste compared to
before. Had plenty of anchovies thrown in to make the stew extra
flavoursome. The only problem with the rice cakes were that they cook a
little too fast for me. By the time I dive in to eat, some that were
left soaking inside the thick stew were softened to the extent it
becomes brittle :( Not something I would want..
And for my side, I had some steamed beetroot and cabbage.
