Rice Cakes aka DukBoGGi~

Had my packet of rice cakes I bought last few months ago sitting in my cupboard. So, I decided to whip em' up today to end their misery and to try cooking up something new as well. Hehe..
Threw in the last bit of my kimchi, to make this. Didn't even need the red pepper paste, since it was already spicy enough. Only probably not red enough perhaps? x) The sad point of this dinner, was having the rice cakes overcooked and becoming too soft and brittle. Sigh~ But it tastes marvelous all the same :) 




As my side, I had some blanched spinach and steamed black fungus tossed in sweet oyster sauce and soysauce with garlic granules sprinkled on top. Uhm~ Yummm!
