For dinner today, I had an odd craving to make miso soup. Seeing as I haven't tried to use the dried kelp my mother sent over to me. I just thought it would be the right time to give it a go :) Made it with anchovies added and some leeks with carrots as well to boost the flavours.
With that aside, I made my meehoon tossed simply in soysauce and oyster sauce along with some black fungus and Quorn sausage. Uhm~ Yummmm :)
