Hmm..For lunch, I thought I should use up my homemade bread that I made a
few days ago since it gets rather dense and soggy as the time goes by. I
think I haven't baked it long enough in the oven, so it became more
moist as each day went by. sigh~ Ah well, I'll just have to do it better
next time I bake bread.
So, for lunch I ate my buns accompanied by hot red bean tong sui. Remind me of those times I accompany my mum to the bank at Gaya Street, and after that we'd take a short detour for lunch at one of the coffee shops famous for its hot fresh buns and sweet soups. *don't ask me to remember the name, it's in chinese*

My homemade buns, microwaved to reheat and soften, spread with jam.. Uhm~ Yummm :)
