I was adventurous today, and with the eggs left from the partying babboons in the flat. Means I have more MATERIALS to bake. Woopieee~~ :D Today's baking attempt, was a first for me. Mini bread pudding cups with Jam, raisins and choc :P Odd combo with the chocolate, but last time I didn't add chocolate in my mini apple muffin cups recipe, friends made a fuss about it. "WHY NO CHOCLATE?!!!" It was like I committed a crime worthy of 10 years in jail. HAHA! But, they still ate it all nevertheless.
Anyway, BREAD PUDDING CUPS..Wing didn't like it, typical chinese of her for not liking the moist gooey interior of an English Pudding. But others had no probs with it :) So I'll go with the latter :P
