Lemon Teacakes and Malteser Toblerone Chunk Cookies

The whole family and myself, decided to head up to our newly built house up in the small town called Mesilou, near Mt. Kinabalu. So, packing up for the long 2 hour journey it is!
I was merely in the mood to experiment with the limes I had in my kitchen. Hence, a small batch of "teacakes". Perfect for high tea! :)

Modified so much from the original recipe, I'm proud to say it's my own creation :) 

 Was in the mood to make good cookies since I've just bought some new baking sheets. This time my cookies WON'T STICK~

Indeed they did not stick..However, I should have left it longer in the oven to make it crispier. I got a batch of moist cookies with no complains. Just that, it's less crispier than my last batch. Which begs to the main point to which I'm best in cakes and muffins. Otherwise, gourmet food! :)
