Making shortbread butter cookies are by far the easiest thing to do. Only, it gets irritating that the climate melts the butter too soon making it hard for me to mould it into shapes. I made a big batch this time because my grandparents love em' and my brothers still want their fair share. So, I'll just double the recipe :) Turned out pretty neat too..
